Paired with Jamón Serrano and Manchego cheese, this traditional appetizer sets the tone for a truly Spanish feast.


Under the guidance of expert chefs, you’ll learn to prepare a perfect pincho de tortilla, the beloved Spanish omelet, before diving into the highlight of the experience: cooking an authentic Valencian paella.

A classic Spanish tapa where toasted bread is rubbed with ripe tomato, drizzled with olive oil, and topped with Serrano ham and Manchego cheese. Simple, fresh, and full of flavor.


Spanish Omelet “Pincho de Tortilla”


A thick omelet made with eggs, potatoes, and sometimes onions, cooked slowly in olive oil. Served as a small portion (pincho) on bread or as a tapa. A staple in Spanish cuisine.


Valencian Paella / Vegan Paella / Seafood Paella


Spain’s iconic rice dish:

Valencian Paella – Made with chicken, rabbit, green beans, and saffron.

Vegan Paella – Features seasonal vegetables instead of meat or seafood.
