This experience blends tradition, teamwork, and technique in a thrilling culinary competition where paella takes center stage.


Your team will engage in a hands-on challenge, starting with classic pa amb tomàquet, a simple yet delicious combination of toasted bread, ripe tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and garlic. Accompanied by Jamón Serrano and Manchego cheese, this traditional appetizer sets the tone for an exciting cooking showdown.


Guided by expert chefs, teams will first prepare a perfect pincho de tortilla, the beloved Spanish omelet, before facing the ultimate challenge: cooking an authentic Valencian paella.


Each team will strategize, collaborate, and compete to craft the best paella—whether a traditional meat-based recipe, a flavorful seafood version, or a delicious vegan alternative—while learning the secrets behind this iconic dish, including how to achieve the perfect socarrat.


To end on a sweet note, participants will prepare crema catalana, a delicate dessert with a caramelized sugar crust, rounding off this intense and flavorful competition.

A classic Spanish tapa where toasted bread is rubbed with ripe tomato, drizzled with olive oil, and topped with Serrano ham and Manchego cheese. Simple, fresh, and full of flavor.


Spanish Omelet “Pincho de Tortilla”


A thick omelet made with eggs, potatoes, and sometimes onions, cooked slowly in olive oil. Served as a small portion (pincho) on bread or as a tapa. A staple in Spanish cuisine.


Valencian Paella / Vegan Paella / Seafood Paella


Spain’s iconic rice dish:

Valencian Paella – Made with chicken, rabbit, green beans, and saffron.

Vegan Paella – Features seasonal vegetables instead of meat or seafood.

Seafood Paella – Includes prawns, mussels, and squid in a rich seafood broth.


Catalan Cream


A traditional Catalan dessert similar to crème brûlée. A smooth custard flavored with lemon and cinnamon,
